  • What is concept planning?

  • What is the difference to a wedding planner/ decorator?
    A wedding planner not only plans the decoration concept, but also the entire process, which makes working together much more expensive. A decorator, on the other hand, does not plan or create new designs for the stationery, such as the invitations, seating plan, etc. He/she is also always on site to prepare everything. This service makes the whole thing more relaxed, of course, but then you have to pay for it additionally. With us you can choose for yourself whether you would like to book this service or whether you prefer to do it yourself.
  • How much does concept planning cost?
    The concept planning included: -A concept personalized according to your wishes -A sample folder with the finished concept -3 online meetings (if desired, additional meetings (in person or online) can be booked) costs €500 incl. VAT
  • Will you also set up the decoration then?
    If you want, you can of course book delivery/pick-up & set-up/dismantling. If you don't need our help, you can of course do it yourself.
  • Do you only plan concepts with your range?
    Concept planning is about implementing your desired concept. We have a huge range of designs, decorations, etc. Most of the time, all imaginable concepts can be created from them, as we always make extra products if something is not available. And if you want something specific, then of course you are free to put everything together as you like.
  • How's the payment going?
    The total amount will be divided into 3 installments/invoices for you: 1st invoice -50% after receipt of the signed offer (only after receipt of the deposit we reserve the goods for your desired date) 2nd invoice - 25% is due midway through the contract period 3. Invoice - 25% to be paid 14 days before the wedding. More information on this can also be found in our terms and conditions
  • What is the minimum rental period?
    The rental period with us is 4 days, this begins on the day of collection/delivery. The return takes place on the last day. On request, we can also extend the rental period for an additional charge. If the items you want are available. Just write to us.
  • What is the procedure after the request?
    After we have received your request, we will check whether the desired items are still available on your selected date. We will then make you an offer. If you like the offer, sign it and send it back to us. You will then receive an invoice with 50% of the total amount. When the invoice has been paid, we plan the goods for your desired date. The second payment of 25% is due in the middle of the total term. The remaining 25% is to be paid 14 days before the wedding. The day before your wedding, the goods will be delivered or picked up. The day after your wedding, or then the pick-up or return delivery from you. Here the goods are checked for completeness and condition. In the event of loss or damage, these will be charged.   • How much does delivery cost?
    It always depends on where we should deliver the items, so we always calculate them individually. The minimum order value for a delivery is €400. If your minimum order value is below this, contact us.
  • Can I pick up the goods myself?
    You can pick up almost all items yourself (it says so for the items where this doesn't work ;)) When you place your order, we will arrange a date for collection. We get everything ready early so all you have to do is load the items. For this we charge a provision fee of 10€ - 50€.
  • Where is your location?
    Our warehouse is in Wuppertal.
  • How can I pay?
    You can pay us by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash.
  • Can I book setup and event styling?
    We are happy to take over the construction and styling for your perfect wedding decoration. You simply don't have time to set up and/or dismantle the decoration or you just don't like it, then write to us and we will support you.
  • How can I print my online templates?
    In our online program, with which you can edit your template, you have the option of downloading the design in various file formats, for example as a PDF. Then you can print it out comfortably at home, or order it from your trusted printer.
  • How can I personalize my desired online template?
    After you have decided on a design and bought it, you will receive a pdf file with only further information. This includes a link to our online program where you can edit the templates. Don't worry, access is of course free of charge.
  • Can I also get a personalized design from you?
    Of course that's no problem! Simply contact us and we will talk about your ideas together and create a personalized design for you.
  • How long does it take if you make the stationery and send it to me?
    We need 14 working days as standard. But there is also the possibility of express production. Then you will receive your order within 5 working days.
  • Do you also work with artificial flowers?
    YES! We have a huge range of artificial flowers and work with artificial flowers for most arrangements, unless otherwise requested. This allows us to deliver faster and cheaper for you and also to work with flowers out of season. But of course there is always the option of using real flowers, or what is often asked to mix both. Wenn du jedoch gerne selbst kreativ bist und Zeit hast, kannst du die Hochzeitsdeko auch selber machen und dabei Geld sparen. Wir stehen dir bei beiden Optionen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Frage: Bietet ihr auch floristische Leistungen an? Antwort: Absolut! Bei Who's Wedding bieten wir auch floristische Leistungen an. Unsere erfahrenen Floristen erstellen atemberaubende Blumenarrangements für Brautsträuße, Tischgestecke, Blumenwände und vieles mehr. Du kannst entweder unsere vorgefertigten Arrangements wählen oder deine eigenen Vorstellungen mit uns teilen, damit wir eine individuelle Floristik für deine Hochzeit kreieren können.
